Three stones
on the way

Three stones on the path

A landscape unfolds before us, suffused with colors that are both grounding and uplifting. Three stones lie along the path—silent and heavy, yet full of meaning. They are not mere obstacles, but symbols of the human journey: the stumbling and the moving on, the searching and the finding.

In Francisco Osorio's work, we encounter not only the external, but also the internal. Here, light and shadow, good and evil, construction and destruction, being and non-being intersect. Art becomes a bridge – between the impulsive being and the transcendent self.

The artist himself carries three worlds within himself. Half Austrian, half Colombian, born in the USA – he moves between North and South, between continents, between cultures. His biography reflects the obstacles he has encountered along the way and the horizons that nevertheless open before him.

For him, art thus becomes a liberation. It is both an invitation and a responsibility: to treat the world with respect and to treat one another with respect.
Just as the three stones on the path force us to pause, this work also invites us to rediscover the balance between ourselves and others, between earth and heaven.
